* As PURCHASER, I understand the Deposit is Non-Refundable, if I change my mind of this purchase or feel for Any reason that I cannot provide a Loving, Caring home for this puppy, the deposit offered to hold this puppy, will be forfeited. If financial hardship arises, arrangements can be made to hold the deposit for a year from date of original deposit, to put towards at puppy at a later date.

 All purchases from G and H Mini Doxies are with the understanding that if for any reason you can not provide proper care and maintenance the dog shall be returned to G and H Mini Doxies without refund. Please be sure that these dogs are right for you before purchasing. All attempts have been made to insure the puppies have all wormings and vaccinations prior to going to there new home. Any future medical care is the responsibility of the new owner. We at G and H Mini Doxies strive to provide the best and healthiest dogs we can and continue to improve happy, healthy puppies. HEALTH GUARANTEE

 

     BREEDER guarantees that the puppy is in good health and is up to date on shots and wormings. A record of shots and wormings will be included along with a puppy kit. There will be a One year Health Guarantee against Life Threatening Genetic defects proven by a licensed Veterinarian. Breeder does not guarantee weight, color, size, trainability of the Mini Dachshund. Breeder does not guarantee against skin problems (Alopecia) or any other dermatologic skin problems.

 

BUYER shall have the puppy/ dog  examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 1 week of purchase to validate the health guarantee of the puppy/dog. Proof of examination is required by a licensed Veterinarian.

 

BREEDER assumes no responsibility for veterinary or any other expenses incurred once said puppy/dog leaves breeders possession. Breeder does  offer replacement guarantee and if you can no longer able to keep the puppy we will be happy to take the puppy/dog back to G AND H MINI DOXIES. I do not offer refunds or buy backs.

 

BUYER AGREES TO LOVE AND PROVIDE FOOD AND FRESH WATER AND ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILTY OF ALL HEALTH  AND MEDICAL ATTENTION AS NEEDED.

 

WE, THE UNDERSIGNED AGREE AND UNDERSTAND THE CONTENTS OF THIS AGREEMENT/CONTRACT AND AGREE TO THE TERMS SET FORTH.
